Vaastu tips for prosperity: Do keep these things at home

According to Vaastu Shastra, economic progress or Financial Success is directly related to the East and the Northeast orientation of the house. In such a situation, you should know how to use these two directions for a successful career and financial prosperity.
According to Vaastu Shastra, economic progress is directly related to the east and northeast direction of the house. Experts believe that if there is Vaastu Dosh in these directions, one will face money problems. At the same time, the wrong use of these directions can plunge a person into an economic crisis. In such a situation, you should know how to use these two directions for a successful career and financial prosperity.
Blue coloured pyramid

It is considered favourable to place a blue pyramid in the north direction of the house. According to Vastu Shastra, a blue pyramid in the north ensures that the money reserves do not run dry.

Glass bowl

According to Vaastu Shastra, one should keep a glass bowl in the north direction of the house. A silver coin should also be kept in this bowl. In this way, the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi will always remain in the house.

Tulsi (Basil) and Amla (Gooseberry)

Planting tulsi (basil) in the northern direction of the house is considered auspicious. In addition, planting an amla (gooseberry) tree is also beneficial. It helps to increase the economic prosperity of the family.
Idols of Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi

According to Vastu, the idol of Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi must be placed in the northeast direction of the house. Also, an earthen lamp should be lit daily in front of the idols of Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi. If one does this, there will be no shortage of money in the house.

North direction

According to Vastu Shastra, the Lord of the North Direction is Kuber, also known as the God of Wealth. Therefore, money or a locker should be kept in this direction of the house. In this way, there will never be a shortage of money in the house.

1. The importance of Kuber Yantra in the north, east and northeast of your home

In Indian mythology, Lord Kuber is the deity of wealth and prosperity and represents fame and gold. The north-east direction is ruled by Lord Kuber, so all obstacles and spaces that accumulate negative energy, such as toilets, shoe racks and all bulky furniture, must be removed immediately. Keep the northeast corner of your home free of clutter and let it remain spacious so that the energy shines well. A mirror or Kuber Yantra placed on the north wall of the northern part of the entire house can activate new financial opportunities, says Dr.Prriya Jain

2. Lockers and the main safes in the south-west zone

According to Vaastu Shastra, one of the best ways to ensure financial stability is to locate your assets in the earth corner of the house - the southwest. All your jewellery, money and important financial documents must be kept in the southwest (keep these things in a cabinet or safe), facing north or northeast. Anything stored in this direction tends to multiply, says Dr. Prriya Jain If the openings or safes/vaults face south or west, it leads to high costs. Financial problems and high costs can be avoided by placing the main vault so its door opens to the north or northeast. Dr. Prriya Jain also suggests placing a red cloth in the safe along with a citrine crystal to attract more financial success.

3. Keep your home free of clutter

This is an often repeated Vaastu admonition, keep your home clean, neat and free from clutter and unnecessary household goods and decorations. Keep it simple and easy to maintain. The energy that flows through the home is responsible for how you handle your relationships, health, and finances, so make sure the central space in your living room is free of clutter. Also, make sure your windows and doors are clean and that your storage spaces in all rooms are well organised.

6. A water tanker in the northeast and southeast corners is a big NO

Placing a water element, especially one as large as a water tanker or stage, in the northeast or southeast corner of the house can lead to many stresses in life and adverse health effects, such as severe headaches, chest pain, heart and stomach problems, and deterioration of mental health.

7. Any kind of water leakage must be corrected immediately

According to Vaastu Shastra, water leaks in the kitchen, bathroom and even in the garden are symbolic of loss of money. This is especially important to note during the monsoon season. Any water leakage from the walls or broken pipe inside the house must be addressed immediately as it can bring great financial loss.

8. The toilet should never be located in the southwest corner of the house

If toilets and bathrooms are not built and placed according to the Vaastu Shastra norms, it can lead not only to financial loss and monetary instability, but also to adverse health effects and disturbed sleep patterns. Toilets and bathrooms should be built separately as much as possible and placed on the northwest or northeast side of the house (avoid corners). Installing a toilet in the southwest or southeast is the next option, but it should not be placed in the southwest or southeast corner of the house.
